Scrambled eggs with feta cheese

My brother and I have really been into our scrambled eggs lately!

Each time we make it we have been increasing all of the ingredients to make more, as we enjoy it so much!

Our current recipe which we share between the two of us includes three eggs (probably will be four next time!). We whisk the eggs, add in ¼ cup of milk, and crumbled feta cheese (a lot!). With melted butter in the pan, we then cook the egg and cheese mixture, whisking almost constantly, until it is a light and fluffy consistency. My brother eats his with salt, I prefer without, so we divide the bowl.

We enjoy the flavour of the egg together with the saltiness of the feta cheese. The milk creates a bit of a lighter and creamy texture, and the butter speaks for itself 😀
